As a Realtor, I help first time home buyers through the process of obtaining a home, I work with "out of state" buyers in locating the perfect home in the Denver Metro Area. As a Realtor I help clients looking to upgrade to a larger home or downsize to a smaller home. I help investors find and evaluate potential rental properties.

I specialize in serving the needs of clients in Jefferson County and the West Metro Denver area. Arvada, Golden, Wheat Ridge and Lakewood represent my core markets but I successfully buy and sell in Westminster, Thornton, Brighton, all the way down to south Denver.
I am able to help clients understand the actual value of a property and whether or not it will fit the needs of the client.

I solve clients problems. Sometimes a client will have a situation that requires more than just selling their home, they may need more than just staging, they may need the home totally cleaned out or repairs done before the home can be sold. I can step in and help resolve issues and get the home ready to sell.

I have spent a considerable amount of time renovating properties and have considerable knowledge in this area. I have renovated houses, duplexes and a 55 unit apartment complex.

I own and manage several rental properties and understand how to screen and manage tenants and keep properties in good rental condition to maximize rents.
